Coordianador/a de customer service con portugués
Desde Etalentum consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando un/ coordinador/a de costumer service con Portugúes nativo o professional working level, para importante empresa de moda ubicada en la zona del Vallés.
Su misión principal será supervisar que el equipo de gestores/as cumpla con los KPI's establecidos y garantizar los niveles de servicio exigidos por la Dirección de Operaciones. También deberá asegurar que el equipo tiene a su disposición todas las herramientas y formación para realizar sus tareas de forma eficiente, así como promover e incentivar la mejora continua.

Las principales funciones serán las siguientes:

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPIs del servicio, controlando la gestión de sala, control de cargas de trabajo, tiempo de respuesta a clientes, gestión de demoras y las diferentes tareas administrativas derivadas del puesto
- Dar apoyo a las gestores/as solucionando dudas sobre casos elevados, procedimientos, herramientas, etc.
- Seguimiento de gestiones derivadas de otros departamentos, especialmente logística y ventas.
- Participación en desarrollo de herramientas y sistemas.
- Análisis y propuestas de mejora continua de los resultados de las gestiones realizadas por sus gestores.
- Gestión, supervisión y reporte de incidencias de Producto.
- Liderazgo, motivación y desarrollo del equipo
- Onboarding de las nuevas incorporaciones
- Supervisión de calendario y cuadrante del equipo (vacaciones, ausencias y permisos solicitados por las gestores/as y control del envío de justificantes)
- Reporte de ausencias, retrasos, etc. y envío de informe de cierre de servicio al fin de la jornada

Your Tasks

We are looking for you as an Experienced Backend Developer for Order Management at Media Markt Saturn Technology. We as a team are working to execute our omnichannel strategy.   • You will implement valuable functionality aligned with the product strategy and contribute to craft the best possible solution - guided by clean code principles

Mission:

The mission of this position is giving support to R&D department in new captives developments.

The trainee will support R&D activities in new ingredients development. The aim of his/her work is to carry out lab experiments to develop new fragrance raw materials, including research of new strategies and ideas feasibility and optimize synthetic/extractive processes and validate them. CIDETEC Energy Storage is looking for a process engineer to work in the Energy Materials Unit. We are seeking a person with project and people management skills including technical task planning, analysis of results, writing monitoring reports for clients and R&D team leader.

Your contribution

You will form part of a state-of-the-art research center, geared to sustainability and the circular economy, which has helped electrify Spain’s roads and is now working towards 100% future sustainability.

The developer will join the Energy Materials Unit, working on the process of cell assembly with the aim of improving the process and obtaining an indepth knowledge of the main parameters affecting the cell assembly.

Your work will focus on the following activities:

  • Analysing the assembly process and identifying critical parameters to optimize the processs.
  • Determining failure modes of the assembled cells, relating them to the corresponding assembling step and defining corrective actions to mitigate the failures.
  • Closely communicating with machine suppliers during new equipment search and new equipment fine-tuning at facilities.
  • Elaborating process documentation.

You will also be involved in:

  • Planning technical tasks.
  • Participating in different projects focused on cell assembly tasks.

PIM is one of the teams in the Product domain and the PIM solution plays a critical role in delivering enriched product information to multiple consumers ranging from our eCommerce solution, mobile apps and applications.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Design and Implement large scale and optimized PIM solution
  • Review business requirements and interpret these into architecture and information model
  • Key responsible for establishing an API first mindset into PIM and create an outstanding developer and consumer experience based on easy access to consistent and updated data.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications and documentation

Your Profile

Qualifications:
